Return & Exchanges

1. Eligibility for Returns

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return the product under the following conditions:

The return request is made within 14 days of delivery.
The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

Custom or personalized tools
Clearance or final sale items
Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Gift cards and promotional vouchers

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

Contact us at contact@utilitytoolshop.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide a Return Authorization and instructions.
Securely package the item(s) and send them to the return address we provide.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect on your account.
Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item:

Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the replacement item is of greater value, we will invoice you for the difference.
Return shipping costs apply unless the exchange is due to our error.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

7. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before shipment. If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must go through the return process.
